All materials created by us for client projects—including but not limited to branding assets, web designs, marketing materials, and custom code—remain the intellectual property of Creative Machine Studio until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments are due according to the schedule agreed upon in the project proposal or invoice.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees or service delays.

  • We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for unpaid invoices.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback and any necessary assets like text, images, branding materials for the successful completion of a project.

Delays in communication or asset delivery may affect timelines.

5. Revisions and Approval

We typically offer 1–3 rounds of revisions depending on the project scope. Additional revisions may be billed separately. Amount of rounds depends of custom agreement for each project.

Final deliverables will be submitted upon client approval and full payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
We do not guarantee that the website or services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools or services (e.g., hosting providers, plugins, software). We are not responsible for issues arising from the use of these external services.
